Welcome to Green Chat, a service operated by KLS Communication ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our platform at https://greenchats.online/, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms of Service, you must discontinue your use of the platform immediately. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time with notification through updated revisions on this page.

2. Anonymous Identity & Account Protection

• Pseudonym User IDs: Accounts are assigned randomized pseudonymous User IDs (e.g., USER-XXXX). We do not require, sync, or attach phone numbers to your messaging activity.
• Security Keys & PINs: You are strictly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your entry password and 6-digit Connection PINs.
• Connection Verification: Unverified parties cannot message you unless authorized by connection request acceptance or reciprocal Connection PIN verification.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use Green Chat solely for lawful peer-to-peer communication. You strictly agree not to:

• Distribute malware, trojans, malicious URLs, or automated denial-of-service scripts.
• Harass, stalk, or send unsolicited spam requests to other User IDs.
• Attempt unauthorized reverse engineering or circumvention of the database connection gatekeeper.

4. Data Sovereignty & Self-Purging

Green Chat grants you absolute sovereignty over your records. You maintain the autonomous right to:

• Clear today's messages or wipe total conversation histories at any time.
• Export complete conversation transcripts to local .txt files without cloud residue.
• Permanently delete your account, triggering an irreversible removal of your records from active operational tables.

5. Subscription Billing & Connection Limits

Paid tiers (such as Starter, Pro Peer, and Unlimited) are billed monthly or annually. Subscriptions unlock expanded simultaneous peer connection allocations as defined in the plan selection interface.
